"Absolutely disgusted that I made this booking on Monday 13th June and actually spoke to agent yesterday as I'd received no confirmation and they assured me it would be allocated soon. It was exec minibus for 12 persons for today Wednesday 15th June at 5.30pm. To receive an e-mail this morning saying that booking has been cancelled is a disgrace. No phone call no alternates offered. I work for a large company and would now not receommend TaxiCode to anyone. Very very disappointed and I'm now left with no transport"
